We implemented a complete home technology solution —including whole-home Wi-Fi, lighting control, motorised shading, distributed audio, CCTV & HVAC control.

The home's most remarkable feature is it’s exceptional audio system. Meticulously engineered and discreetly installed, the system provides consistent, high-performance audio throughout the home and garden. Lutron Motorised Shades

Featuring a Lutron automated shading system, delivering effortless control of natural light, privacy, and energy efficiency throughout the property. The solution was tailored to complement the home's interior.

Distributed Audio

A premium L-Acoustics audio system, engineered to deliver exceptional sound quality throughout. Designed to blend effortlessly with the home's architecture and interior design, the system provides immersive, high-fidelity audio while remaining discreet and unobtrusive.

Carefully specified loudspeakers & amplification were integrated to create balanced, accurate sound across dedicated entertainment spaces and everyday living areas. Whether enjoying movies on Kaliedescape or Apple TV or music from streaming, CD, record player and even a self playing Piano the system delivers consistent performance inside and out.

Media Rooms

Two bespoke L-Acoustics media room, designed to deliver exceptional sound in a comfortable and beautiful entertainment space. Every element of the system was carefully engineered to create an immersive audio experience, ensuring clarity, dynamics, and precision for both movies and music.

Discreetly integrated loudspeakers were expertly calibrated, creating an enveloping soundstage without compromising the interior design. The system is seamlessly integrated with the home's smart control platform, allowing effortless operation of audio, lighting, and media from a single intuitive interface.

Recording Studio

Built around the family's lifelong passion for music, a tailor made residential recording studio provides a dedicated space to create, produce, and enjoy exceptional sound. At its heart is an L-Acoustics professional monitoring system, delivering the precision and clarity trusted by leading live performance venues around the world.

Discreetly integrated within a custom-built desk are the amplifier, subwoofer, and surround speaker serving the adjoining media room..

The result is a world-class creative environment where professional-grade music production sits comfortably within the home. Fully integrated with the property's wider smart technology ecosystem, the system allows music created on the Mac to be enjoyed throughout every room of the house, ensuring the family's love of music extends far beyond the studio itself.

Garden Audio

19 carefully positioned loudspeakers and 4 subwoofers across 4 independently controllable zones ensure consistent coverage, clarity, and dynamic performance while maintaining a discreet integration with the landscape design. Garden Studio

The garden studio demonstrates how modern technology, wellness, and architectural design can come together to create a truly exceptional living environment. By combining premium fitness facilities, luxury relaxation spaces, intelligent control, and world-class L-Acoustics audio, the result is a sophisticated extension of the home that can be enjoyed throughout the year.

Network & Wi-Fi

A high-performance enterprise grade network infrastructure designed to provide fast, reliable, and secure connectivity throughout the home. Engineered to support modern lifestyles, the system delivers seamless coverage across living spaces, entertainment areas, home office, and outdoor environments.

HVAC Control

An integrated climate control solution combining underfloor heating and air conditioning to deliver precise comfort levels and improved energy efficiency. Temperature control and schedule adjustments are done via the Control4 automation system.

Discrete temperature sensors have been used allowing unsightly thermostats to be housed remotely, reducing unnecessary wall clutter.

CCTV

AI features such as number plate recognition, break glass detection and people tracking

Hidden Technology

We worked closely with the design team to preserve the aesthetics of the home by eliminating wall clutter, bulky equipment, and intrusive electronics. The interior design remains the centre of attention while technology works discreetly in the background.

Top 3 hidden items

1- Subwoofers - An important part of the audio design these have been located within joinery or behind acoustically transparent fabric.

2 - Lighting Control - Lutron lighting control keypads remove the need for large quantities of light switches. Making it easier to achieve the desired lighting levels in each room whilst adding additional useful features such as House Off button and Away Mode to simulate occupancy.

3 - HVAC - Under floor heating and air conditioning are an essential part of any luxury home. But what isn’t essential is the need for two plastic wall mounted thermostats in every room. We have located these devices remotely with invisible temperature sensors in each room. Temperature adjustment is done via the Control4 touch screens and mobile app. Both systems work together to achieve the desired temperature.
